Thursday Cardio and Cafe

Good Morning Everyone!  

I am loving my new GoFit.  It is showing me all the places that I need improvement.  I have just completed my second full 24 hours. I have tried to make them my average day in every way.  I need to sleep more.  I only get 4 or 5 hours of sleep a night.  Here I thought I slept too much when in reality I don't sleep enough.  I also need to move more.  I only average about 4000 steps/day and even with light activity I need at least 5000 steps/day but 10000 is highly recommended.  I HATE to exercise!  But I desperately need more balance in my life.

         

Today should be just another average day in my life.  Work, home, more sleep, etc. etc. etc.
 My food plan for today is:

Click/Chocolite, fitnutz, almond milk frapp
cottage cheese and sliced strawberries
eggplant parm.
cheese sticks and fiber gourmet crackers
chocolite protein bar
meat and veggies
chocolite/almond milk shake

Good Morning Goody & BOTT Family,

I also love my BodyBugg Goody.  I was surprised to learn the number of hours that I was not sleeping.  It does make you aware of where we need improvements as well as our activity levels.  Because of my bat-wings I was having a problem wearing it on my arm; depending on what I'm wearing I switch from my upper arm to my lower, like just above my elbow.  When I wear something sleeveless then I wear it on my leg.

I bought my walking shoes to work today, hopefully along with taking the steps, I'm hoping to get in some walking during my breaks and lunch...depending on the heat and humidity levels.

I have missed posting here on the boards, I hope to make my visits more frequent...I have missed you guys.


My plan for today:

EM - Chocolate Protein Shake / Decaf  Coffee
B -    Spinach Cheese Omelet
S -    Chocolate Protein Shake
L -    Mediterranean Chop Salad
S -    Strawberry Greek Yogurt
D -   Tilapia w/ garlic spinach
